Raised exploring the mountains of Colorado and Wyoming, I learned that physical strength and mental well-being are deeply connected. In addition to mat-based movement, I’m a PSIA-certified ski instructor.

My practice is woven throughout my life and always infused as inspiration. Off the mat, you can find me outside in nature or my garden, enjoying nourishing food, or spending time with loved ones.
