My effective cues, modifications/amplifications, and mindful adjustments, provide you space to enjoy the time you set aside for your practice as whatever you may need in the moment.

Deeply committed to my personal practice of over fifteen years, you will often see me in class. In addition to mat-based movement, I am also a PSIA certified ski instructor.

When I’m not on the mat or exploring outside, you can find me enjoying nourishing food and spending time with loved ones.
