As a mountain athlete, I hold an anatomical and functional lens in everything that I teach.

I encourage moving with awareness throughout your practice. Class is designed to flow with your breath—dynamic movement meets deep stillness. Direct cues, thoughtful transitions, and modifications guide you through intelligent and empowering sequences.

Raised exploring the mountains of Colorado and Wyoming, I learned that physical strength and mental well-being are deeply connected. In addition to mat-based movement, I am a PSIA-certified ski instructor of six years.

My practice is woven throughout my life and always infused as inspiration. Off the mat, you can find me outside in nature or my garden, enjoying nourishing food, or spending time with loved ones.
