When we move and breathe with intention, we expand our capacity to build strength, create balance, and soften the nervous system. I blend alignment and technique with creativity and anatomy. Mindful adjustments, modifications, and amplifications create choices for you to adapt your practice to the nuance of each day. I am passionate about leading thoughtfully created sequences that guide you in exploring your edge. Currently offering Yoga, Pilates, and functional strength at studios in Jackson, WY, and NYC.
Deeply committed to my personal practice of over fifteen years, you will often see me in class. As a holistically trained Yoga Alliance E-RYT, I am dedicated to the pursuit of learning new methods of supporting my clients.
In addition to mindful movement, I’m a PSIA-certified ski instructor teaching at Jackson Hole. When I am not on the mat or exploring outside, you can find me enjoying nourishing food and spending time with loved ones.
