Center is about creating space and opportunities for connection. I believe that when we move and breathe with attention, we deepen our capacity for resilience and compassionately care for both the body and the mind. I started teaching movement & mindfulness in 2022, and I’ve held my personal practice for over fifteen years. Curiosity for exploring the world led me to my mat, but the strength, empathy, and agility that I have gained through my practice has kept me consistent.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) trained in and teaching vinyasa, advanced asana, barre, sculpt, yin, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork), acquiring over 500 hours of training. I am dedicated to my growth as a student and look forward to continuing to pursue certifications. In addition to Yoga, Pilates, and functional strength, I am also a certified ski instructor with PSIA.
When I am not on the mat, you can find me moving outside, making and enjoying nourishing food, or spending time with loved ones.
My class blends alignment and anatomy with creativity and technique. I offer mindful adjustments, modifications, and amplifications, always encouraging you to embrace the nuance of your practice day to day. My goal is to lead you through thoughtfully created alignment-based sequences that guide you in exploring your edge and grounding your energy, leaving you feeling confident and centered.
